We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Icebergdiamondsinc.com within 15 calendar days for a full refund of the product price paid (we do not have any restocking fees). Calendar days are counted from the day the product was shipped from Icebergdiamondsinc.com to the customer to the day item received back at address provided in return/exchange authorization. Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in new and unused condition with jewelry tag attached and not tempered with to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Special orders will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges, unless the products are damaged or do not function properly at the time of delivery.
Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers and money orders which will be refunded via company check. The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.
All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. 'New and unused condition' means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security/price tags are still attached and not tempered with; the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Returns must be postage prepaid via traceable carrier and, for your protection, insured for the full purchase price of the products, including any shipping and handling charges. In order to protect the package against possible theft, please do not write the words 'jewelry', 'diamonds', or any other terms related to the package being sent (unless required by customs and insurance, etc, where necessary). Icebergdiamondsinc.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Icebergdiamondsinc.com), do not have security/price tags on them, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Please note: custom orders, rings with custom sizes, bracelets, necklaces and other items which we adjusted or manufactured to your specification are not returnable and not refundable. Exchanges on items originally not eligible for a refund are non returnable and all exchanges are final.
Return for inspection number
In order to process your return as quickly as possible, it is essential that you obtain a return for inspection (RFI) number from a customer service representative by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (678) 598-4419 We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number.
Repack the merchandise in its original packaging materials, including all paperwork. For diamonds, enclose the original copy of the matching or identifying certificates. and ship it to:

If the item you are returning is:
- Less than $500. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
- More than $500. ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Icebergdiamondsinc.com. (FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.)
Terms of Refund
You will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. Note that shipping, handling, and insurance costs are not refunded. Order shipments returned to us by courier as undeliverable or refused will be refunded minus shipping fees incurred both ways. Packages sent with ground shipping method and returned due to above reasons will be charged $15 per shipment to cover return costs.
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. If it qualifies for return (please see the Terms above) refund will be issued within 1-3 weeks.
Returning a watch
We strongly recommend that you do not wear your watch if you intend to return it. Any wear will likely result in damage, however minute, that will prevent us from reselling the watch. Any watch that has been resized, scratched, or blemished will not be accepted. Please return the watch in the original box, with all the packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and instruction booklets. Any additional items included with the watch, such as gift with purchase offers, must also be returned as sent or the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returning an item you received as a gift
If you would like to return an item received as a gift, please follow the same steps as above. It is especially important that the RFI number is written on the address label. It may be possible to exchange the item or receive an Icebergdiamondsinc.com gift certificate.
After an order is placed, Icebergdiamondsinc.com will send you a confirmation. Subsequently, our employees will process your order and get it ready for shipment as soon as possible. The usual order processing time is one to three business days (this includes the time it takes for our security department to review the order and to prepare the item for shipment.) If the item is out of stock, it will take us from two to four weeks to manufacture it for you. However, if an item is not in our inventory, be assured that you will be contacted and given several options including ordering a similar item.
