Is it a real diamond jewelry?
We guarantee all our jewelry is 100% genuine and real. If metal is stated to be gold it is solid gold (not gold plated), If platinum it is 95% platinum, If it is stated that the item contains diamonds then all diamonds are natural mined diamonds. Also all diamonds are appraised by gia certified experts using latest tools which allows them to provide the most exact grading. We have been manufacturing diamond jewelry for over 7 years and would make sure you are happy with the purchase.

Is your jewelry and diamonds certified?
Jewelry items sold for $500 and over will come with a certificate stating the metal as well as approximate carat weight, quality of diamonds and the appraised value of the item, in most cases it is sufficient to be used for insurances purposes. Loose diamonds come with certificates which are stated in description of a particular diamond: Some from GIA laboratory some from other Gemological Laboratories such as EGL.

Are all watches you sell authentic?
Yes! we only sell 100% authentic watches, guaranteed or your money back. Watches come with 1-5 year warranty.

Do you do custom orders?

Where do your diamonds come from?
Most of the diamonds used in our jewelry come from Israel, some come from Canada and some from India.

Do you sell or share your customer information with other companies?
No! We never sell or share our customer information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as Debit Cards which bear the visa or MasterCard Logo. We also accept Paypal, Checks, Money Orders, Bank Wire Transfers and Western Union Transfers.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, You can, As long as the item has not been shipped. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call the customer service center at (678) 598-4419 for return instructions.
Do you have catalogs?
No, Sorry, We do not provide paper catalogs. Because we have dozens of new designs coming out every week, we are not able to print new catalogs all the time. To view our designs please log it to our web site and browse our online catalog.

I canceled my order but i haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
All returns we receive are inspected for signs of wear and all requests for credits usually submitted within 48 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-14 business days for you to receive your credit. you should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

Can I return an item?
Yes, we provide 15 day money back guarantee for our jewelry purchases and 7 day money back guarantee for loose diamond purchases. If, within this period, you are not satisfied with your purchase, We will replace the item, provide a credit for merchandise amount or issue a refund less any shipping charges. Shipping Faq's


How long will it take to receive my order?
For domestic shipments the standard shipping time for orders shipped via free ups ground is 5-10 business days, we also provide 2 day air shipping option for $25 and next day air shipping option for $35. Our regular order processing time is 1-3 days (in addition to the delivery time), however if the item is currently out of stock it may take up to 5 weeks to ship this item.

Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery to Canada is $45 (includes insurance), Delivery time is 1-2 business days. International delivery is $65 (to any other country), delivery is usually within 2-4 days from the ship date and includes insurance.

Can i ship my order to a different address?
Yes! Please call you credit card company and add the address you would like us to ship the item to your account, then enter this address as your billing address (for your security you must enter your present billing phone number, one of our representatives will call you on this number to verify your information). Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

What shipping companies do you use and do you require signature upon delivery?
We use mostly FedEx and UPS for our deliveries. All our packages require signature upon delivery and will not be left at the door or any other place unattended. If you are not available to sign for your package please contact us at (678) 598-4419 or FedEx directly at 1-800-go-FedEx, UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to arrange a pickup of your package from FedEx or UPS location nearest to you.

What type of warranty do you provide?
Our items come with a 1 year warranty which covers labor to fix all manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover fixing damages resulting from accident or damages caused by unauthorized third parties. The Icebergdiamondsinc.com warranty does not cover any damage to a watch resulting from water/moisture damage. Additionally, the Icebergdiamondsinc.com warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet / band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
